Starting tonight, December 6th at 11:30 PM PDT, we will be automatically updating Vera MMS cloud service to the latest release (version 7.24).
This update contains critical database security and data storage updates.

What do you need to know?

This is a server-side update, not a Vera gateway update. The upgrade is done in preparation for the upcoming Vera firmware update.
However, due to the fact that this update contains critical database changes, events and camera recordings will not be visible, on your interface, for up to 12-16 hours since the maintenance started.

IMPORTANT!: These recordings will not be lost, and they will be populated back, incrementally, during the 16 hours time frame. They will be processed in descending order, starting with the most recent ones.

What you have to do?

There's no input needed on your side as this is a server-side process. This is just a heads-up.
