Monitoring - Due to a high amount of uploaded files we are experiencing a slowness of the platform. We will perform some maintenance to our platform to improve the upload performance. During this maintenance that will last around 16 hours, older images/videos will not be unavailable. Storing new images/videos will be possible and older content will be available after the maintenance window.

Identified - EchoLabs has reported a major incident at their Colorado data center that is impacting Ergy Energy Manager. They are aggressively working on reestablishing service to all affected customers. We will update this event with an estimated time for service restoration as soon as possible.
